When Raymond Tse died in 1981, he was only 15 and never had the chance to drive his dream car; he really loved Mercedes-Benz’s apparently. His family had a lifesize Benz carved out of granite (about 66 tons) for him. The car was carved out by 3 Vermont stonecutters. The detail is amazing, with even a gas tank lid carved out. The license plates bear his name.
I think this whole thing is a bit overkill, but then again I’ll most likely be buried in a Hefty bag.
