The tour of Howe Caverns covers roughly 1 1/2 miles and is about 80 minutes. Part of the tour is a boat ride down “The River Styx”. While much larger and more popular than its competition up the road, Howe Caverns is also more commercial, with elevators leading down to the caverns, brick walkways, and safety rails galore. While it doesn’t have a 100′ waterfall in it, it does have a small bridal altar, where over 450 weddings have occurred.
This formation is called the Two Witches. You can make out 2 different faces.
They call this the “Chinese Pagoda.” I’m not saying what I think it looks like.
