Nothing overly spectacular, but it was local, so why not. Kirby Park near downtown Wilkes-Barre houses some remnants of when the area was the property of the Kirby family. A greenhouse, an arboretum, and even a zoo were all once here. One of the structures has a signpost in front of it, but the actual sign looks like it’s been missing for quite some time.
